Bluebonnet Sponsored Humanitarian Assistance to the Elderly and Widows of Kikandwa Villages

ForTheBlogOver 60 elderly and widows from 5 villages were reached to with soap, sugar, salt, tea leaves, Maize Flour, and Match boxes. The materials were sponsored by Bluebonnet Hills Christian Church of Austin Texas, USA through Pastor Dr. Landon Shultz. Bluebonnet Hills Humanitarian Assistance to the Elderly and widows on 14th Jan 2014

On 14th January 2014, KIRUCODO staffs and volunteers distributed Humanitarian assistance to over 60 elderly people and widows in Kikandwa villages. The assistance was provided by Bluebonnet Hills Christian Church of Austin Texas USA through Pastor Doctor Landon Shultz and comprised of soap for washing clothes, sugar, maize flour, packet of matchboxes, and iodized salt . We thank Bluebonnet Hills for all the great and continuous humanitarian assistance that they do extend to our communities. This was reported on in the Bukedde News Paper of 16th January 2014. July Bluebonnet-Humanitarian aid Distribution to the Elderly, Widows and Disabled

On 25 July 2013 we distributed Humanitarian Assistance to over 72 people comprised of mainly the elderly, widows, disabled people and HIV. The aid was passed on to KIRUCODO from Bluebonnet Hills Christian Church of Austin Texas, USA through Pastor Dr. Landon .S. The exercise was conducted in three villages but reached to people from over 10 villages. The first group of people was served at our offices in Kikandwa, the second group was served in another village called Kyewanise and the Third Group was served in a village called Kanganda.
The groups were given Sugar, Salt, Maize Flour, Soap, Tea-leaves and Match boxes.
